Standard employment visa. Requires a job offer from a Taiwan company that sponsors your residence permit (ARC).
Complete the Visa Application Form online at the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) website.
Bring your form, passport, bank statements, and photos to the Taipei Representative Office in London or Edinburgh.
Processing typically takes 3-10 working days. You will receive a visa sticker in your passport.
After arrival, before your first 180 days expire, apply for a 180-day extension at the National Immigration Agency in Taiwan.
