Job offer from an accredited employer (except WHV)

Typical Process

Determine Visa Type

Employer Job Check

For AEWV, the employer must request a Job Check and issue a Job Token to you.

Online Application

Submit your application via the Immigration New Zealand portal and pay the fee.

Biometrics & Processing

Attend a NZVAC in Germany (VFS Global) if biometrics are requested. Processing takes 3–8 weeks.
